Burst of flight! - Are you ready to go high in the sky??

Inflating a hot air baloon has its magic, with a pinch of light and heat I might say.

Remnants - Long after the holocaust... The barbed wire of Auschwitz claims other victims....

It is not meant to be a joyous place, but a reminder of the sins of humanity. May they never be repeated.

Night, shattered! - Humans have to find ways to celebrate. This one is very loud, yet pleasing to any wanderer's view.


PS: All the dogs at the municipality were probably in absolute panic!

Ice Damsels - Winter has come! And it is glorious.

A snapshot of a valley in The Galician Mountains of Caurel during january. 

Fiery resolution! - Do not be afraid. This was a prescribed winter fire, totally under control. It is a measure used to entice the growth of invasive species seed banks (and to later on easily remove them) and avoid further "big" forest fires.

Starstruck! - Skin is a canvas. But the soul is a constellation.

Polarity - Three big swans, by my river....

The Liffey River holds diagonal lines of floating swans. That does not come in the tourist leaflets!

Above the lines - Some live out of line, many survive within confined lines.

While others... Soar above them all.

Reflected ballerina - If you let your imagination let loose, a simple stick can resemble something more.

Chaos Theater - What of photography without light and shadow?

Mist Walkers - The National Park of Tablas de Daimiel offers a chilly experience during winter. The mist cover the birds and the wetlands but it also deters visitors.

Allowing for a walk with peace, reflections and great photographs!

The universe had an idea! - It came swirling down like an out of the box lightning!

But it got lost in the hands of mankind... And that was that.

Gaea's Apparition -

She wanders,

A shadowy chill...

She suffers,

Yet nurtures still...

Leaf me alone - From dimmer sunlight to surrounding moisture:

- Listen to the season, and fall....

Light it up! - Shapes, sizes, colors, textures and patterns.
Whatever will work, as long as the light shines through and true ;)

Blurred bridges - From one point to another, the journey begins somewhere.

Why not here? (above the Tagus)
Why not now? (now, actually)

"Silhouetted" - Not all bird photos get to go into the bird category. 

This silhouett of a spotless starling (Sturnus unicolor) was perched on a decnet enough  branch at an adequate time.
From the tip of the bill to the width of its legs, it is all there.
